The blog provides an "Email Me" spot where anyone can enter their email address and you will receive an email when a new item is posted.
Notify Me
In the "Notify Me" spot anyone can have the blog send an RSS feed to their RSS reader program. Using this feature new blog postings will automatically appear in their RSS reader, by passing the email posting.
